Lincoln Windows (Marvin-owned) appear on production residential builds at a much lower price point than Marvin Signature. The wood construction is similar but the hardware and glass specification is more standard. Identify which brand you are working on - Lincoln cleaning is more straightforward than Marvin premium. Warroad, Minnesota winters are extreme. Marvin triple-pane units on northern US homes are thick and heavy - be aware of the weight when tilting sashes for cleaning.”
