1. General

Justin Rafael Orloff e.U. ("OWCS", "we", "us") operates at https://orloffs.com offering professional window cleaning training products. Upon payment completion, customers agree to these terms by clicking "Accept", creating a binding contract. OWCS only enters into contracts based on these General Terms and Conditions and does not recognise other conditions.

All content including videos, texts, images, and photographs remains the exclusive intellectual property of OWCS and is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or republication without written permission is prohibited.

2. Training Products

Customers represent that they are legally authorised to use credit cards for purchases. Training products are designed to help develop window cleaning skills and require a good internet connection and current device software.

The augmented reality squeegee training tool should only be used in obstacle-free, safe locations away from roads, vehicles, animals, and fall hazards, in stationary positions. OWCS accepts no liability for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of the AR tool.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown are final and include VAT. The company uses Stripe for secure credit card processing. Unpaid accounts will result in blocked access to training products.

The ordering process involves selecting a training tier, entering your details during registration, and confirming the order. Business customers must provide their UID number where applicable.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw within 14 days by emailing office@orloffs.com with "Right of withdrawal declaration" as the subject, including your invoice number, email address, and bank details for reimbursement.

For training courses not yet accessed, a full refund applies within 14 days of purchase. For courses that have been partially accessed, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of OWCS. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all training products.

5. Warranty and Guarantee

OWCS is not liable for consequential damages, property damage, financial loss, or third-party damage arising from the use of training products. Training products may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance; updates occur without prior notice.

OWCS conducts business in English.

6. Disclaimer

Training courses provide general window cleaning skill development information but do not account for individual circumstances. Results are not guaranteed within any specific timeframe. Success depends on the individual's effort, practice, and application of the techniques taught.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.
