AIS controls the full glass value chain in India - float production, coating, processing, and distribution. For cleaners, AIS Ecosense solar control glass is particularly common in residential buildings across NCR and major Indian cities. The coating is on the inner surface of the outer pane in double-glazed units - protected from cleaning contact. But single-glazed Ecosense installations require coating-safe protocol.

AIS glass carries the same climate-driven soiling as any Indian architectural glass: dust, monsoon runoff, bird fouling, UV haze. The key cleaning variable is coating type. AIS Ecosense has a soft solar control coating. AIS Stronglas is toughened but uncoated. Identify before you clean.
