Inspect sealant condition closely on west and south-facing elevations. Colombian and coastal tropical Aluvisa installations face humidity-driven biological growth on gaskets and drainage channels. Mould inspection at every visit is standard practice in these climates. At altitude Andean Aluvisa installations (Bogota, Quito), afternoon electrical storms make high-rise facade cleaning impossible from October to April. Schedule morning-only outdoor work in these markets.”
