Every Orloff's training purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Work through the training, practise the technique on your own windows, and if you do not achieve professional-quality results, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No lengthy forms and no need to justify your decision.
What is covered
The guarantee applies to the paid training programs purchased on orloffs.com, including The Skill and The Standard. The free Window Cleaning Manifesto has no charge and so nothing to refund.
How to request a refund
Email office@orloffs.com from the address you used to buy the training, with your order details. We will confirm and process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued in the currency of your purchase (USD) and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
After 30 days
Because the training is a digital product with lifetime access, refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are handled at our discretion. If something is not right, reach out and we will do our best to help.
